Individual therapy provides a one-to-one therapeutic space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and life experiences in confidence and at your own pace.
Our work draws from a range of integrative approaches, incorporating both Eurocentric and Afrocentric therapeutic frameworks. This allows us to honour diverse cultural perspectives while tailoring therapy to your unique needs.
Our therapists are integratively trained, drawing on multiple disciplines to provide thoughtful, individualised support shaped around you.

Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy where one or more therapists work with several participants in a shared therapeutic space. It is offered in a range of settings, including private practice, healthcare environments and community organisations.
Group work can be delivered in a dialogical format — where multiple voices are welcomed and meaning is created collaboratively — or in a facilitated structure that supports shared reflection, learning and growth. Group therapy provides a powerful opportunity to feel less alone, gain perspective and build connection through shared experience.

When a relationship feels at breaking point, separation or divorce can seem like the only option. Couples therapy provides a structured and supportive space to explore what lies beneath recurring conflict.
Together, we identify underlying patterns, strengthen communication and deepen understanding of each other’s emotional needs — moving from blame toward clarity, empathy and reconnection.

Mediation is a structured process that helps individuals resolve differences with the support of an impartial third party. The mediator does not take sides but facilitates constructive dialogue, helping those involved move toward mutual understanding and practical agreements.
Mediation can support discussions around finances, property, co-parenting arrangements and other family matters. It provides a confidential and balanced space to work through conflict respectfully and collaboratively.

We work systemically and dialogically, drawing on the psychological strengths and resources of both the individual and the wider family system. By exploring the patterns and choices that have developed over time, we create space for shared understanding and collaborative change.
The dialogical approach is particularly valuable when supporting individuals and families experiencing severe mental health crises or complex, high-stress situations. By centring multiple voices and perspectives, it helps reduce isolation, strengthen connection and support collective resilience.

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to create a heightened state of awareness. In this state, individuals are often more receptive to positive suggestions and imagery that support emotional regulation, behavioural change and personal insight.
It can be used to help address a range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, phobias, habits and other psychological or behavioural challenges.
