I work with both internal emotional distress — such as shame, anxiety, depression and self-criticism — and external relational challenges that impact connection, stability and wellbeing.

With over 25 years’ experience across the Public Sector (including the NHS and Local Authority services) and Private Practice, I have worked extensively with vulnerable adults, young people, couples and families.

My career reflects a strong commitment to safeguarding, ethical practice and the promotion of safety and wellbeing within complex systems.

My approach remains grounded, relational and trauma-informed, holding both clinical depth and emotional steadiness.

Integrative Therapy for Emotional and Relational Wellbeing

Our work recognises that emotional wellbeing does not exist in isolation. It is shaped by early attachment experiences, relational patterns, cultural identity, intergenerational narratives and lived experience.

Integrative therapy allows us to work flexibly and thoughtfully — drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, somatic, systemic and culturally attuned frameworks — to support the whole person.

We work with teenagers, adults, couples and families, offering trauma-informed, neurodivergence-affirming therapy within a steady, grounded therapeutic space where emotional and relational patterns can be explored with care, cultural awareness and clinical depth.
This is not purely clinical work.
It is relational work.

Healing happens within safe relationships.
